This course is designed for individuals who want or require basic first aid and CPR skills for the workplace, school, volunteer settings, or home. It is suitable for employees, coaches, parents, caregivers, and community members with little or no prior first aid training.
This course meets Occupational First Aid Level 1 equivalent requirements in many provincial and workplace settings.

In-Person:
Approximately 7 hours of classroom instruction
Blended:

This course is designed for individuals who require CPR and AED training for the workplace, school, volunteer roles, or personal preparedness. It is suitable for first-time learners as well as those renewing an existing CPR certification.
Level A focuses on adult resuscitation and is commonly required for lower-risk workplaces.
Level C includes adult, child, and infant CPR and is recommended for caregivers, coaches, educators, and most workplace settings. -

This course is designed for individuals who require a more comprehensive first aid certification for the workplace, school, or community settings. It is commonly required for higher-risk workplaces and is suitable for both first-time participants and those renewing certification.
This course meets provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance board requirements and is equivalent to Occupational First Aid Level 2.
